I want to load a flat file which is divided by 0x0001 by tdload command to Teradata. You can find my two commds below. But they both reported "length overflow the first row" .In my opinions, I dont's set delimeter corretly.
tdload -f filename \ -u user -p passwd -h server -t tablename \

Hi, I'm trying load a txt file into a table with auto increment primary key. Don't know why even though i defined my 2nd column as varchar (18), tdload thinks max length for it is 11. Can anybody please help? Thanks!

If you’re waiting for an easy way to load data from one or more Teradata table(s) into a Teradata table without writing a Teradata PT script, wait no further. Teradata PT Easy Loader can do it easily. In the 14.0 release, the tool can load data from a Teradata table or from SELECT statement(s).
