I need to execute a Teradata stored procedure in SQL Server.
I tried so far the following:
1) exec ('call CIONESCU.stp_agg_3 ();') at [Teradata_CIONESCU]
2) select 1 from openquery (Teradata_CIONESCU,'call CIONESCU.stp_agg_3 ();')

Hi all,
I am building an SSIS package in SQL Server BIDS 2008 version to pull data from Teradata and dump to SQL Server.
1. I am able to connect to Teradata sucessfully as Source.
2. Connection to SQL Server as Destination is also good.
2. When I am running the package I am getting the error

I am working on a project which is intended to migrate our SQL Server DataBases to TeraData. We are using TD 13.10.
1. I have tried OleLoad. But using this we can only export one table at a time.
2. I have used EFS Tools. But data Conversion is wrong.

Hi everyone.  I'm trying to load SQL server tables to Teradata14 using OleDB via TD's OleLoad tool.  I'm having trouble with attributes defined as VARCHAR(MAX) in SQL server - it seems that this is a LOB data type.  Here is the script that OleLoad is generating:

I am about to migrate data from SQL Server 2008 to Teradata 13.10.

Does anyone have a:

I'm not sure if I posted this in the right forum, but here goes.

I need to load (basically copy) tables from a SQL Server application and load those tables to Teradata. I can access the tables thru SQL Assistant now, but am not sure how I should set up this "copy" from one platform to another. There are 100+ tables that I need to copy, and this copy will be done on a regular basis (weekly or monthly) so a manual process is not ideal.

Someone suggested using OLE Load to do this copy. Is this the best way? Can OLE Load be set up to run in batch mode? If so, how?
