There are fairly standardized organizational structures for functions like Human Resources, Finance, and Marketing. However, this isn’t true when it comes to corporate analytics functions.

If companies are going to become mature in their approach to analytics, it is important to address how the teams will be organized and run. This talk discusses a variety of important topics to consider as an organization grows and matures its analytic function in the world of big data. Who should be on the team? What does the organizational structure look like? How do you nurture and grow the individuals on the team? How do you focus efforts in the right directions? After the talk, attendees will have some action steps to take back to their organizations.
