Teaser / Content Introduction
Your content must begin with a paragraph of plain text. This text is effectively the teaser (abstract/preview/excerpt), which gets displayed on the front page etc. This paragraph should not be preceded by any HEADING (e.g. H1, H2, etc). The title of the document is already displayed as a big heading, there's no need to repeat it in the body of the content. This is how it should be done:

The teaser is set in the Rich Text Editor (or if you don't specifically set a teaser, the CMS will guess one for you). To set the teaser, click the carat where you want to insert the teaser, then press the Teaser button in the RTE toolbar. The teaser will appear as a dashed horizontal red line in the RTE.
