Teradata Studio 14.10.02 Job found still running after platform shutdown

I have one user who has Teradata Studio 14.10.02 installed on her machine, and Teradata works without any problems, but when she closes the application, it gives a message "An error has occurred.  See the log file c:\users\[userid]\workspace-studio\.metadata\.log
If the SQL Editor window is closed before closing the application, the error doesn't occur.  Tried uninstalling and reinstalling Teradata, along with renaming the workspace folder, and the error still exists.

Anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this?  Already uninstalled and reinstalled Java as well.

There are some odd entries in the stack dumps you've included. They show that the execution has involved the class "com.mercury.ftjadin.support.swt.cs.CTabFolderCS" which seems to come from an external tool, perhaps HP's QT (whatever that is).

Is such a tool involved in running Java applications in your environment? If so, does the error occur when that other tool isn't involved?
