Table properties and utilities to load data

How Data Block size, checksum & Perm DB size of a target table play a role when loading Bulk data using Fast Load and Transactional Loading like TPUMP or BTEQ file load?
Basically I am trying to understand, How a table should be designed based on the Load utilities that is going to be used.

I dont think these attributes will have any significant impact on loading times. Bulk load through FastLoad or TPT is always going to give you far better performance as compared to other methods.

This is a good read on checksum.

I have not experimented with various settings and loads.

The load utilities are used to load data which doesn't exists yet within the system
If the data is already in a TD table there's no need to use MLoad/FastLoad, as a simple SQL Insert/Select or Update wil be more efficient.
