Teradata Certification re-take policy

Hi, Can you somebody please provide me details about the Teradata certification re-take policy.
If someone couldn't clear an exam in first attempt, the website says he/she can re-take the exam only after 21 days but i want to know whether any fees need to be paid to re-take the exam ?
