EXECUTING PROCEDURE BY a USER OTHER THAN THE CREATOR

HI
    I have created a procedure and i am able to call and execute. When some one else try to execute the same procedure, they get a error saying "THE USER DOES NOT HAVE EXECUTE PERMISSION". Why other users are not able to CALL it even though they do REPLACE PROCEDURE before executing it? Does it require any permissions to enable other users leverage this ? What is the issue? Please help me. THanks.

Thanks a lot Raja. But can a normal user grant this permission or this can be given only by the ADMIN? Please clarify.

Yes Raja, I am able to GRANT permission to a particular user. IS there any option where i can grant the permission to ALL? Please help.

grant execute procedure retail to public;
you can refer to granting in this link too:
