Teradata Express Version 13 supports Windows 7.You can request it from Teradata.com

If you have Windows 7 Professional, there is an "XP" mode included. It was described to be as a built in virtual machine for running XP compatible software. I have not tested it, but I am hoping this will work with Teradata Express.
