Teradata Error

We recently upgraded Informatica 9.0 to 9.0 HF2 and then to 9.1 HF5.  We use Teradata 12 , TTU 13.10.  After upgrade, we started getting below error while running the mappings. All the mappings which has more than 24 routers give below error.

Database errors occurred:
FnName: Prepare -- [Teradata][ODBC Teradata Driver] Beyond SQL_ACTIVE_STATEMENTS limit

What is the resolution to this?  Is this related to Teradata driver?

I am not aware of Informatica settings at admin level.
You have upgraded Informatica, why not Teradata?   :)
(Just my thought since the latest release has so many features )
