Accessing Row Hash of a record

Is it possible to access the row-id or row-hash of a particular record in teradata? If yes, could you please tell me a way of doing it?

There is a HASHROW built-in function. Read about it in the "SQL Reference: Functions and Operators" manual (chapter 12 in the V2R6.2 edition). HASHROW returns the row hash value for a given set of key values.

But HASHROW will always not provide distinct value for distinct record...I mean HASHROW collision, could anyone have solution to this as i was using HASHROW value in Joiner condition which in turn not satisfying the join condition..

Thanks in Advance,

Will not work this way - why don't you join with the PK columns?
