Problem with the Teradata Sessions

We have a session limit in accessing the Teradata Database for users . From one server , when we access Teradata with two sessions and two queries ,one query in each session , eventhough we close the connection after query execution its taking time for closing the connection and so we could not able to run the other query as we have session limit.  But this is working fine from the other Server.
Can anyone provide me the details regarding this .

Post additional information about your application and the driver (.NET Data Provider, ODBC or JDBC).
Are you using Connection Pooling? For example the .NET Data Provider connection pooling does not disconnect the session immediately. You can disable connection pooling or change the timeout.
