I'm new to Teradata Studio's, is there a way of changing the error files generated by the data transfer process to a dedicated folder?

Hi,
I have just upgraded from Studio 15.00 to 15.10.00.03 and now the Data Transfer Wizard no longer seems to work.
The dialogue appears, details the correct source and destination tables and columns, but then when I hit 'Finish', nothing appears in the Transfer Progress View, or the Transfer History View.

We've had a long outstanding issue with the data transfer throughput of our fastexports, which essentially run in the low single MB/sec range - all of them, not just this one or that one.  it's takes 10+ hours to extract a few hundred GB of data. The issue is not with the client or the network - it's in the DBMS. 

The Teradata Connector for Hadoop (TDCH) provides scalable, high performance bi-directional data movement between the Teradata database system and Hadoop system.

Teradata Studio provides a Smart Loader for Hadoop feature that allows users to transfer data from Teradata to Hadoop, Hadoop to Teradata, and Hadoop to Aster. When transfering between Teradata and Hadoop, the Hadoop Smart Loader uses the Teradata Connector for Hadoop MapReduce Java classes as the underlying technology for data movement.

The Teradata Named Pipe Access Module (NPAM) provides an inter-process communication link between a writer process (such as FastExport) and a reader process (such as FastLoad). The NPAM can also be used by Teradata Parallel Transporter (TPT) for data transfer.

The reader process will initialize the NPAM module via an Initialization string and this article details the various parameters that are initialized during this process.
