Tpump Error:code 3807:Object ''SysAdmin.TPumpStatusTbl'' does not exist.

Hi,
I am calling tpump script through a shell script  which loads the data from a flat file to an Teradata table.
While trying to load the data from the flatfile to the table, the script exists with the below error.
Kindly help me understand why and when this error occurs and also help with getting over such issues. Thank you.

You need to use SQL script shipped with TPump to create a Monitor table (''SysAdmin.TPumpStatusTbl'') in the database where Teradata TPump maintains Information about an import in order to use the Teradata TPump Monitor functionality.
This is optional. If the table does not exist, the worst that will happen is that Teradata TPump issues a warning message indicating this fact. This is what happened in this case.
The SQL script tpumpar.csql is provided in the Teradata TPump installation that performs the appropriate setup.
