Error Running Teradata to hadoop script "PTS00031"

I was trying to run the Teradata to hadoop script "PTS00031", and got the above output. 
 
I have filled in the "TPT LOAD Operator attributes" and "TPT DataConnector Producer Operator attributes" in the jobvar.txt files.

Did you provide the Hadoop_Home and/or Hadoop_Prefix job variables?
